Coming Up For Air....

Just coming up for air... taking an opportunity to say hello.

I've been reading, sewing, shopping on eBay, taking naps, watching movies, doing yoga, had a few marathon phone calls and generally relaxing. My presence in the blogging arena has been negligible but I did get into a few interesting comments-section debates, here and there.

I'll be back in better form after the first of the year. There are a few things to talk about but I haven't written them up yet.

Thank you for all the lovely comments left to my last post. Wow.. 45 people sent me good wishes. I feel rich.. full. How can things not go well with all that awesome positive energy floating around? It was wonderful. Thanks so much. :)

Hope everyone had a good holiday, if you celebrate. If not, I hope you've been having a peaceful time.

It seems you're having a quiet, peaceful but active time nontheless. I hope you can enjoy it and I'm looking forward to the new year to read from you, again.

It all sounds good.

I'm remarkably calm about all the cleaning up I have to face, and (sort of) enjoyed a walk outside in the mild winter weather. (Sort of because the kids were running and screaming, but that was the point anyway, to have them do that OUTSIDE.)

Your weeks sounds like it's been blissful! I'm glad. I am trying to get a little piece of peace myself, but it's been pretty hectic around here, as much as we've tried to "play things down."

I'm looking forward to hearing from you again in the new year (or maybe sooner!)

Chani,

It's so nice to see you back, even if just for a quick hello.

Living in a freeform way seems to agree with you. I hope you'll be able to carry that relaxed spirit into the New Year when the inevitable appointments and other obligations begin to crowd your calendar again.

Warmest wishes for more of same!

Hi Chani,

I'm happy you rested and had peace!

I've been quiet with blogging, also. Being off from work upsets my whole routine! HA!

Keep enjoying your time. I wish you a fantastic and fulfilling 2008.

Mary

'Tis good to know you're taking care of yourself ... doing things you enjoy to refresh and rejuvenate. Like many others, I've not been visiting as many blogs as usual over the holidays because there just wasn't time for everything. I did manage to post on each one each day, and that was a good thing since I committed to Holidailies without thinking things through. I don't think I'll do that NEXT year however. So ... enjoy the remainder of your respite and we'll look forward to your return.
Hugs and blessings,

This does seem the perfect time of year to take a break and spend time on yourself, doesn't it? I hope to do the same, some day. Until then I continue to apply calamine lotion...

(Thanks for the shingles tip, too! I really don't ever need to know what those feel like.)

Hello. :)

Ah, I love yoga. Don't worry, not many of us have been good bloggers this week...

Grace and peace to you.

Rest up.
Rest easy.
Let 2007 flow through you and past.
Let 2008 spill across your soul.
